Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to: Kridtsløjfen 20, st. 4.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be subject to a deduction for loss of value.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification.

Please note: if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value. This applies to opened blind boxes where the contents have been revealed.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will refund your original payment method, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment — whichever comes first.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
